A customer account can be assigned any number of CloudBoxes of the same everHome package. All devices associated with a CloudBox can be controlled via the everHome app and managed and automated via the everHome portal under the customer account.
To control a device with everHome requires an everHome CloudBox on your home network connected to your customer account. You can use a CloudBox in our Online Shop or purchase from one of our RESELLERS. Depending on the selected everHome package, different manufacturers are available for device selection. Depending on the selected everHome package, different numbers of sensors / actuators can be used.

1. Registration with email address and password
Log in to a browser with your email address and password on the everHome portal https://everhome.de . In the everHome portal, all your rooms, devices, groups, scenes, schedules can be easily and conveniently managed. If you do not have a customer account yet, register at https://everhome.de/nologin?redirect=/dashboard.
2. Add the CloudBox to your customer account
Click on the 'Devices' selection. Add the CloudBox as a new device. To do this, select the 'New device +' menu item to add the CloudBox to your customer account by entering the serial number. To do this, select the manufacturer 'everHome'.
Have you buyed the CloudBox in your Online Shop, the CloudBox this is already assigned to your customer account and exists as a device. The CloudBox has not to be added by you anymore.
Enter the serial number of the CloudBox (12-digit, letters and numbers) and press the 'ADD DEVICE' button. The serial number can be found on the back of the CloudBox case. Your everHome CloudBox will now appear under the 'Devices'. The status of your CloudBox is 'OFFLINE' because the CloudBox is not yet connected to the everHome server via the Internet.
3. Connect the CloudBox via the network cable to a free port of your Internet router
DHCP must be enabled on your router for the CloudBox to get an IP address on your home network in step 4.
4. Connect the CloudBox to the supplied AC adapter via the mini USB cable and plug the AC adapter into a power outlet
The CloudBox LED turns GREEN after a few seconds and connects to the everHome server.
This process can take up to 2 minutes. Do not interrupt the startup process of CloudBox. If the LED of the CloudBox remains RED and does not change to BLUE, the CloudBox will not receive a valid IP address from your router. Check your router settings. DHCP must be enabled on the router. If the LED of the CloudBox is GREEN, it has connected to the everHome server on the Internet.
Do not use the router's USB port to power the CloudBox, as it will not provide enough power.
After switching on the CloudBox, the LED first lights RED. The CloudBox boots.
If the LED turns BLUE, the CloudBox first looks for a firmware update in your home network.
After that, the LED goes out for one second and turns RED again.
If the LED then turns BLUE again, the CloudBox in the home network has received a valid IP address from the router's DHCP and tries to connect to the everHome server via the Internet.
If the LED is GREEN, the CloudBox is connected to the everHome server via the Internet.
