All sensors and actuators listed as compatible under Compatible products can be controlled and automated with everHome. In order for a 433 MHZ actuator to be switched to everHome, it must first be added as a device in the everHome portal and, if necessary, trained.

If a radio actuator receives data at a frequency of 433 MHz or 868 MHz, it is not necessarily compatible with everHome. Only 433/868 MHZ sensors / actuators listed as compatible under Compatible Products can be used in everHome. Feel free to contact our customer support if you have any questions.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Registration with email address and password

Log in to a browser with your email address and password on the everHome portal. In the everHome portal, all your rooms, devices, groups, scenes, schedules can be easily and conveniently managed.

2. Click on the 'Devices' selection

You may already have devices in addition to your everHome CloudBox. If these devices have been created by the demo mode, you are welcome to delete them.

3. Add a new device

Add a new device by selecting 'Devices +'.

Select the appropriate manufacturer and, as a device model, the model name printed on the device. Give the new device a name under Name. Select the room to which the device is to be assigned. You can add new rooms under the 'Rooms +' selection. The room can also be reassigned to a device later at any time. Press the 'ADD DEVICE' button to create the device.

If the device works with house code and device code, then you accept these settings from the device. Press the 'ADD DEVICE' button to create the sensor as a device. In this case, the device is now ready and can be used.

If the device uses a random code, the learning process differs depending on the manufacturer and model. Please note the instructions for the teach-in process in the everHome portal and the operating instructions of the manufacturer.

Let the 433 MHz sensor send a radio signal. Please observe the operating instructions of the device. This process is usually described as a learning process of the sensor to an actuator to be switched by the sensor.

If the radio signal from the sensor is received by the CloudBox, this event will be displayed. As long as the radio signal was not received by the CloudBox, the device can not be added because not all parameters are available.

Press the 'ADD DEVICE' button to create the sensor as a device. The device is now ready and can be used.
